We're making Fall your Outer Luteal Phase 🍁

I'm literally watching the pollen fly through the breeze out my living room window as I write this email to you and it's giving me 2 things:

  1. I totally get why I haven't been able to stop itching my eyes and clearing my throat for the last 2 days (Hiiii, histamine problems πŸ™ƒ)
  2. seasons are changingggg ✨✨

Now, you know I'm all about syncing with my cycle AND making it work for me - not against me.

So when change is happening, I'm doing my best to embrace it and flowww (but that could just be the Sagittarius in me 🀭).

Fun fact - your luteal phase is known as your inner autumn πŸ‚, so what if we brought this all full circle and started looking at autumn as our outer luteal phase? Call me crazy, but I think I'm on to something here!

Let's chat about 4 ways you can make the seasonal changes work for you right now as you are TTC:

  1. change up your morning routine - we aren't meant to be exactly the same alllll of the time, so change it up based on what you're craving; lately I've been loving "scripting" in my journal and meditating in bed as the sun rises

  3. find your cozy - chances are you were on-the-go majority of the summer and now it's time to deep clean your home, change your decorations, bring out your cozy blanket and enjoy your space (my fav luteal phase vibes)
  4. re-vamp your self care - hot baths in the summer were probably not a thing for you, but it's time to hit refresh on your self care hitlist and replay some of your oldies but goodies
